YOUR LIFE AS A HOTEL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER This hotel management position is considered full-time . As a Hotel Operations Assistant General Manager, you help oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure that everything is running smoothly. You work to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction, keep our financials up to date, and ensure a happy and efficient staff. A natural leader, you help to recruit, train, and manage team members, equipping them with the skills to provide above-and-beyond service. You lead by example as you warmly and efficiently provide hospitality to each guest.
