Job Description:
Marriott International is seeking a dedicated and energetic Kids
Club Recreation Attendant to join our vibrant team. This role is
pivotal in providing memorable family experiences by engaging
children in entertaining and educational activities within our
globally respected hospitality settings. The ideal candidate will
bring creativity and enthusiasm to our dynamic team, ensuring the
safety and enjoyment of children while fostering an environment
that reflects Marriott’s commitment to quality and outstanding
service. Supervise children in the Kids Club area, ensuring their
safety and security at all times. Plan and implement
age-appropriate activities that encourage physical activity,
creativity, and learning. Interact with parents and provide updates
on their child’s experiences and any concerns. Maintain the
cleanliness and orderliness of the Kids Club area. Follow
Marriott’s policies and procedures regarding child safety and
emergencies. Collaborate with the recreation team to develop
engaging programs and events for children. Administer first aid or
necessary medications as needed, according to company policy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with
children of various ages Creative mindset with the ability to
create engaging activities Basic first aid and CPR skills
Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and
holidays Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification preferred Childcare
certification is a plus
