Job Description:
Marriott International invites you to join our dynamic team of
hospitality professionals as a Server's Assistant at one of our
premier properties. This role is essential in maintaining our high
standards of service, ensuring that every guest experiences the
seamless, luxurious service that our brand is known for globally.
An ideal candidate for this position will exhibit an eagerness to
learn, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to excellence in a
fast-paced, high-energy environment. Assist in the setup and
clearing of tables before and after service. Support Servers in
attending to guests, offering assistance with menu items and
ensuring guest satisfaction. Ensure all service areas are clean,
tidy, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Help manage the
flow of dishes back to the kitchen for washing. Assist with food
preparation and presentation as needed. Uphold the brand's
standards of quality and service with every guest interaction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food
safety and handling Attentiveness and detail orientation Capability
