we are looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator that will be
instrumental in our HR department.The Recruiting Coordinator,
reporting to the Talent & Acquisition Manager and SVP of Human
Resources, will primarily support the recruiting process, ensuring
compliance with policies and procedures, attracting and
pre-screening candidates, and coordinating all recruiting and

all pre-employment screenings for selected candidatesSchedules
employees for orientation and new hire training for the preboarding
and onboarding processDevelop strong working relationships with
leadership team and support staff to successfully manage candidates
through recruiting processSchedule and coordinate logistics for
interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using
Outlook, setting up tests/assessments, conference calls, and video
conferencesAssist in creating relevant job postings and ensure a
job description is available for every position postedKeep a
current list of all position openings per division and
departmentManage the Applicant Tracking System and help hiring
managers with training on systems as neededMaintain compliance with
all hiring-related requirementsSupports recruiting logistics,
including assisting with offers, analyzing data, and streamlining
processes to improve efficiency and time to hireFacilitate new hire
and employee relocation effortsAssist with generating recruiting
and staffing reportsAvailable to support candidates, new hires, and
existing employees.Work closely with HR staff to assist with
department projects and initiativesMay be required to travel to
other office locations, as needed to meet recruitment needsPerforms
other related duties as required and assignedQualifications and
Required SkillsThoughtful in action and delivery, strong attention
to detail is required for success in this role.2+ years' experience
in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industryExperience
navigating through an Applicant Tracking SystemKnowledge of federal
and state regulations as it relates to HR and recruitmentBachelor's
