Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR & Operations Assistant to provide
administrative and operational support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations tasks, including vendor coordination
and digital tool maintenance
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and
maintaining employee records
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and
coordinate cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations
support role, preferably in a remote setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks efficiently
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Google Suite,
Slack, and Asana
Commitment to continuous learning and development in HR and
operations
Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization is a plus
