climate-controlled plants. Summary: The Press Operator is
responsible for the setup, efficient operation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of the Komori sheet-fed press, ensuring
high-quality, high-volume, and on-time production while supervising
and supporting the feeder. Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Wednesday,
13 or more hours per day, 3 days per week based on business needs.
Primary schedule will be 5:00 AM – 6:30 PM, or similar. This is an
in-person position. Training may occur at other times. 2nd Shift,
Thursday - Saturday, 13 or more hours per day, 3 days per week
based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 5:00 AM – 6:30
PM, or similar. This is an in-person position. Training may occur
at other times Salary Range: $19.00 To 22.00 Hourly Compensation
commensurate with experience. At time, we are not engaging with

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Setup, configure, and operate the sheet
feed press to produce high quality print products Access the
Batching System to view press schedule and identify priority jobs
to be completed Examine job orders to determine the quantity to be
printed, stock specifications, color(s) and special printing
instructions Lead and direct assistant operator, including on the
job training and mentor junior colleagues Ensure Press Crew
prepares Press Machine for the next job once current job is
complete Monitor Press Cycle and performance, ensuring optimum
press performance and job quantity reporting along, with defect and
quality checks Maintain and troubleshoot machine making basic
repairs as needed according to schedule Maintain bins, when full
relocate to back lot for recycling and replace with empty bin
Ensure set up is complete for shift change Wear all assigned
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required Report all
injuries, illnesses, and near misses to management immediately
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as set forth by 4over
Complete and maintain required records and paperwork, as needed
Perform regular housekeeping duties in assigned and surrounding
areas Attend all department/company meetings, as needed Perform

attached Job Description. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION,
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES: Three (3) – five (5) years’
experience as a Komori Sheet Fed Press Operator Proven mechanical
aptitude and experience performing Sheet Fed Press maintenance and
minor repairs. CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
REQUIREMENTS: Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong
problem-solving skills when faced with unexpected challenges, such
as machine malfunctions, material shortages, or errors in print
quality. Ability to adapt to new printing technologies or changes
in production schedules, ensuring smooth operations despite
changes. Time Management & Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple
print jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without
sacrificing quality. Organizing workflows, preparing materials in
advance, and optimizing print runs for efficiency and
cost-effectiveness. Attention to Detail: Precision in monitoring
print jobs to ensure all details, such as color accuracy, image
sharpness, and print placement, meet the required standards.
Detecting small defects or inconsistencies during production and
taking corrective action immediately. Communication Skills: Ability
to read and understand corporate policies, job-related documents,
and written/verbal instructions in English to ensure effective and
compliant job performance. Strong foundational math skills, with
the ability to perform basic operations including addition,
subtraction, multiplication, and division. Highly detail-oriented,
organized, and efficient in managing time, with a proven ability to
meet deadlines and complete tasks accurately. 4OVER COMPANY HISTORY
