• Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
• Ability to gather and monitor information and think result-orientated.
• Assist our HSE, QMS, and main Admin with data entering and tracking, PO creation, and bill pay.Pay:
  • $13/hrSchedule:
    • 8-hour shift anywhere between 7am through 7pm. (7a-4:30p or 8:30a-7pm)Location:

        • Customer Service & office proficiency
        • Planning and Time management, Multitasking, Working experience in administrative and business support for manager positions.
