We are looking for a self-motivated and professional Material Handlers to join our warehouse team. If you are a positive hardworking ambitious individual who can complete tasks successfully with little to no supervision, then we are interested in you. In this position, you will be responsible for tracking warehouse stock, documenting orders, decanting, delivering and storing merchandise.

In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate outstanding physical fitness in this fast-paced environment. You will also possess in-depth knowledge of various warehouse machinery and equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and booms.


  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing material, to and from delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
  • Verify documentation and condition of freight to assure quality standards are achieved.
  • Safely handle and store of materials to and from assigned locations.
  • Responsible for managing inventory of assigned lean cells throughout the day to replenish component parts. Must be able to keep up with the pace of the production line to prevent line stoppage.
  • Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory.
  • Ability to support and adapt to change in a very positive way including finding ways to implement changes in an effective manner.
  • Operate various machinery including booms, cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and inventory.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
  • Provide friendly, accurate, consistent and timely service to our internal customers.
  • Comply with all safety, health regulations and guidelines.
  • Able to meet daily KPI's.
  • Able to understand inventory process and to perform and report cycle counts.
  • Able to pull orders and identify materials for production with 100% accuracy.
  • 6s - Maintain a clean and 100% safe working environment - General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)
  • Accurately match numbers, letters, and colors.
  • Decanting boxes, crates, Pack containers and re-pack as assigned.
  • Able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by leads and supervisor.


  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a warehouse manufacturing setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred.
  • Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage.
  • Must be able to obtain certification and safely operate forklift and other machinery as required.
  • Availability to work overtime on short notice and including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well in a team.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job to stand or walk for extended periods of time 8-12 hours daily; ability to sit, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, squat, twist, kneel, and to lift objects frequently up to (50) pounds.
  • Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software.
  • Must be able to work in adverse conditions such as wet, dry, hot weather, cold weather, outdoors, indoors, dusty conditions, and noisy conditions.

Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
