Position Overview: The Dining Room Attendant/Busser is responsible for the overall appearance of the dining room at all times.

Essential Job Functions: Dining Room Attendants/Busser are to pre-bus, and clear tables as guests complete their meals, taking dirty dishes and linen to the kitchen to be separated and properly sorted for cleaning. Additional duties may include but are not limited to resetting the dining room to accommodate groups of different sizes, sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows and mirrors as needed, and cleaning up spills. Dining Room Attendants may need to assist the servers by taking food and/or beverages to guests, as well as assisting guests that may need highchairs or special accommodations. Successful candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being flexible and able to change plans on a moments notice. Neat clean appearance in this upscale relaxed venue is a must.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid TEAM, TIPs or Title 4 certificate to serve alcohol
Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked
Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential
Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent
Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units
Must be able to carry fully loaded serving tray above shoulder and balance while maneuvering in tightly quartered and confined spaces
Must be able to work with a group as well as independently
Must have knowledge of industry standard terminology and practices
1-year serving experience in a semi-casual to fine dining environment

Other Skills/Abilities
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to bend, stoop, reach in confined spaces
Ability to be on feet for long periods of time up to four (4) hours in length
Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise
