Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Recreation Leader. The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator. The primary function of this position is to provide exemplary customer service to include fielding questions by phone and in person, respond to emergency situations and resolve customer conflicts. This position is also required to open, secure and monitor assigned facilities as well as enforce policies and procedures.
