WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A POWERHOUSE/ ENERGY CENTER OPERATOR

Equipment in scope of responsibility:

* Boilers * Air Compressors & Dryers * Refrigerant Chillers * Ammonia Compressors, Condensers, Chill plates * Reverse Osmosis Systems * Carbon Filtration * Fire system * Waste Water Treatment * Critical HVAC Units * Supporting Infrastructure - piping, pumps, valves, motors, steam traps, steam pushers * Equipment operation - efficiently and reliably * Equipment maintenance - troubleshooting and repair (daily rounds)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU'LL BRING

Required

* High School Diploma/GED required * Two years work experience working with industrial utilities systems or industrial electrical/mechanical systems. * Must be able to obtain State of Ohio 3rd class stationary engineers license.

Preferred

* Licensed boiler operator, State of Ohio 3rd class stationary engineers * Maintenance Mechanic * Pipe fitting/welding * Certified Backflow Tester * Boiler Operator * Small project (less than $50,000) execution
