DAY TIME AND NIGHT TIME POSITIONS
We are located at 2894 South San Tan Village Parkway, Gilbert,
NEXT TO COSTCO (SanTan Village ) IN GILBERT
REPORTS TO: General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Leader
Position Summary Statement: The Crew Member positions are
critical to the daily success of the restaurant. Part of our
mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, and it has to be
done right! The line is just thatthe front lines of our operation
and standards must be exceeded to ensure we execute on our
Our Crew Member Day position normally works between 8:30 am to
5:30 pm (exact shift times to be determined) If you are a
customer-focused person and like a fast-paced work environment, we
would love to hear from you.
Crew Member wage is $12.50 and can receive between 25-30 hours a
week. More hours maybe available in future.
Crew members will normally work during the week as well as
weekends and some holidays

- Excellent menu and product knowledge.
- Accountable for the preparation of the guest's order.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle
questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Team player.

- Participates in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
- Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
- Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as
cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties
assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift
- Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established
food and safety guidelines.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Compensation: $ 12.50
