Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, positive, energetic, accountable, and goal-oriented Transaction Coordinator (TC) who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment with several moving parts. We are a growing team with a huge opportunity for development and mobility.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills love working with people and be highly organized.--

Responsibilities:
The ability to be an integral part of a high-producing real estate team and take extreme ownership over the role's responsibilities, partnered with a sense of urgency and commitment to task completion, are key components of success with this organization.This is NOT a remote job. The TC will work out of our office in Chandler, AZ.

Qualifications:
--- MUST HAVE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE WITH A REAL ESTATE TEAM/AGENT
--- A current Arizona Real Estate License
--- Meticulous and detail-oriented
--- Great technology skills including Microsoft Office and social media
--- Sisu and Skyslope experience would be a plusA little about us:We are Arizona 1 Real Estate, at My Home Group.Gordon Hageman is the Owner/Team LeaderGordon started in Real Estate back in 2013. Like most new agents, he struggled for direction to get traction in the vast world of real estate. Fortunately, he was able to work with a mentor who was able to show him the ropes and help him focus his efforts on the right things.In his first full year in real estate, 2014, Gordon closed 24 sales. He has continued to increase his sales well beyond those levels yearly since then.Currently, we have closed 34 deals this year and have 17 more pending.Next year, as we build out our team with new agents, our goal is to close 200 deals.What we believe:Core Values
