Read more about our opportunity below --- Work you'll do/Responsibilities * Use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients' most complex and challenging problems across different industries * Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions * Mentor engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards * Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers * Develop deployment automation to provide a fully functional cloud stack in Azure that supports the Client's environment * Build, migrate and test Azure environments and integrations * Setup multi-level network environments using Azure * Design end to end application and data security * Integrate on-premise applications, cloud providers or other platforms * Develop templates or scripts to automate everyday developer or operations functions * Build new automation to expand and maintain Cloud hosting * Monitor and maintain multiple Cloud Infrastructure environments based on client requirements * Lead program optimization to work within constructs of an Azure environment * Identify new tools and processes to improve the Cloud platforms * Collaborate with remote team members to build and maintain positive, productive team relationships The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice-our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Required Qualifications * Current federal guidance requires that GPS professionals must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021, unless legally entitled to an accommodation * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience * 10+ years of professional experience with leading and contributing to cloud-focused engineering teams to deliver end-to-end cloud transformation * Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise * Experience with Infrastructure implementations, migrations and upgrades within the Microsoft Cloud Azure solution suite * Deep understanding of Cloud Azure Kubernetes Services with container-based deployment skills * Ability to create and deploy scripts such as: Bash, Chef, Docker, Ansible and CloudFormation * Hands on experience with /Automation tools including Ansible, Jenkins, Git * Must be able to live, commute, or relocate to the Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ, or Mechanicsburg, PA area * Travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.) * Limited sponsorship may be available Preferred Qualifications * Azure Certification * Experience with other Cloud providers like AWS or GCP * Active Security Clearance Recruiting tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
