General Test and Launch Site Operations SupportPrincipal Mechanical Engineer, Spacecraft (S/C) pneumatics test lead, launch operations propellant loading support/lead, GSE design/maintenance, some travel requiredBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or STEM related field with emphasis in at least two of the following;
  • Requisite background in testing bipropellant and monopropellant propulsion systems with operating pressures from 100 - 6000 psia pressures.
  • Requisite background in hypergol propellant loading operations including N2O4 oxidizers and hydrazine and/or derivatives including generating propellant loading operations procedures and maintaining same GSE.
  • Experience testing and generating pneumatic test procedures and operating pneumatic test panels Experience testing and generating hypergol propellant loading operations procedures and operating same GSE
    • U.S. citizen
    • Experience working with launch site range safety requirements as the direct point of contact
    • Ability to prepare and review technical presentations using MS office products.
    • Ability to obtain US passport
    • Ability to work weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications
      • Experience designing and building GSE related to pneumatics test and/or propellant loading operations
      • Working knowledge/ experience with launch site facility safety standards and operational requirements
      • Experience with launch vehicle pneumatic or hydraulic test operations

        Salary Range: 79400 - 119200

        Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
