The Principal Integration and Test will maintain processes and
procedures for the assembly and test of spacecraft, Coordinate
integration activities with supervisors, program engineers and
various customer organizations. Document and disposition hardware
discrepancies and pursuing root cause and corrective actions.
Design and developing tooling to aid in the integration and test
process.Support integration of fragile space flight hardware onto
space vehicles and additionally have the ability to proactively
identify issues and escalate to appropriate channels. The desired
candidate should have leadership skills, organizational skills,
personal skills, and a strong follow-through "can do" attitude. The
selected candidate will be required to support spacecraft and
spacecraft subsystem assembly and test. The selected candidate must
be flexible with work schedules, willing and able to work off
shifts, weekends, overtime, and travel for launch campaigns.
Occasional short term projects with travel may be required.Basic
Qualifications:
Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $100,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
