Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting
all administrative responsibilities for front desk support and
provide practice management support for one or more advisors or

administrative responsibilities for front desk support and provide
practice management support for one or more advisors or leaders.
Responsibilites : General administrative duties performed may
include: logging/distributing correspondence and check deposits,
maintenance for office of supervisory jurisdiction and client
files, office supply management (including maintenance of
equipment), processing expense submissions-tracking-approvals,
initiating maintenance requests, schedule wholesalers and support
branch seminar series/events. Responsible for Reception support:
answering phones during regular business hours, greeting
clients-prospects. Practice Support duties may include: delivery of
Ameriprise Client Experience for clients of one or more practices.
Responsibilities may include; scheduling client or prospect
appointments, entering client data into various applications,
tracking progress vs. practice goals, addressing client service
requests, establishing new clients with Ameriprise, including
introducing the digital experience, assisting advisor in
preparation or follow-up to client or prospect meetings. Supporting
the practice's marketing programs (events, go-social, MOD, etc.).
Required Qualification: Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent 1-3
years Relevant Experience Required Able to maintain
confidentiality. Demonstrated professionalism. Ability to operate
under limited/minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills
to interact effectively with clients. Effective proven written and
oral communication skills. Strong client service orientation.
Ability to function in fast-paced environment and maintain
operational quality. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple
priorities. Effectively complete tasks in the most efficient and
accurate manner. Ability to be team player. Strong organizational
skills and detail oriented. Proficient with standard office
equipment. Familiar with standard business hardware and software.
Understanding of a financial advisors practice. Preferred
Qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent Understanding of
business basics (profitability, negotiation), ability to work
directly with clients to understand, resolve and document any and
all requests, informational updates and concerns. 25158BR
