We are currently seeking a Full Time Healthcare Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will focus on assisting and supporting the Staffing Manager with Staff schedules and communication with staff on a daily basis.

This role will require the following experience:

• Fills vacant shifts, monitor, plan, and coordinate schedules for nursing personnel for the building
• Post Nursing schedules to ensure proper nursing coverage for all nursing shifts and units
• Updates Google with all tracking's that include sign-ups, call-off, extra shifts, reserved shift and etcetera
• Replaces call outs during on-call shift
• Works well with Staff development and Recruiter to ensure proper onboarding process for new hires Requirements
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Word)
  • 1 year of Medical background/staffing related experience; computer literate
  • CNA Certified a PLUS
  • Work well in high-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of per Benefits
