Description: The Customer Care Representative position acts as the primary interface for providing support services to PostalMate customers by quickly analyzing and optimally resolving any challenges they have using our software products.PostalMate is a Windows-based retail shipping software that is used in thousands of pack and ship centers across the United States. Our software platform gives our customers a powerful yet easy-to-use multi-carrier shipping solution, Point-of-Sale, and Mailbox Management system. Responsibilities Be the voice of PostalMate - you will interact via chat, phone, or email, receiving inbound customer requests and guiding them through any problems or answering questions they may have, and successfully facilitating client needs Provide a positive and respectful client experience Assist customers to resolve software issues, and provide insight and training Enter all interactions into the ticketing system and track progress on all issues to ensure timely response and resolution Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Strong customer service skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Have a heightened attention to detail, being able to anticipate the customer's needs Strong learning agility - the ability and motivation to learn new things and then apply that knowledge to perform successfully in the role Display critical thinking and the ability to make appropriate judgment calls where needed You are tech-savvy - you can navigate multiple systems, learn new tools, and effectively troubleshoot Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable Education and Experience Understanding of Windows O/S, Microsoft Office, and business software Customer service experience Background in one or multiple of the following: inbound contact center, product or technical support, retail parcel and shipping industry High school diploma or equivalentJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Gilbert, AZ 85297: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: Call center: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
