Description:RTSLWR: Responsible for driving the retail sales
channel forproducts and services while ensuring customer
satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries
and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a
professional manner. Develops and implements retail sales
strategies for Client and serves as a strategic partner in the
overall operation of the organization. Exceeds growth and profit
objectives by maximizing the retail sales of individual and
bundledwireless, video, voice and data services. 1-Guides customers
through the purchase decision and activation process of product
offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless). 2-Responsible for
meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs
with the right products and services. 3-Ensures individual sales
targets are met 4-Executes promotions and campaigns designed to
increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives 5-Builds and
maintains relationships with potential and existing customers
6-Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues
7-Offers product suggestions to customers to help satisfy their
needs/wants 8-Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service
skills 9-Contributes to sales floor up-keep and cleanliness
10-Assists with sales floor inventory counts and stock
replenishment 11-Ensures sales floor remains visually appealing
12-Clearly explains and illustrates product and service
capabilities 13-Offers product suggestions to customers to help
satisfy their needs/wants 14-Continuously expands knowledge of
trends in wireless and current services and products 15-Maximizes
sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives,
store merchandising, marketing execution, inventory management, and
loss prevention. 16-Operational duties may include paperwork and
completion of sales reports as they relate to store opening and
closing. 17-At the Senior Level, plays a key role in handling
customer escalations. Additional operational duties may include
acting as "manager on duty" and "key holder" when necessary and
completion of paperwork and sales reports as they relate to store
opening and closing activities. 18-Educator (includes
accountabilities below): Serves as the store expert on the latest
product features, services, and accessories. 19-Responsible to sell
accessories and add-on features while supplementing new customer
solutions or satisfying existing customer requests. 20-Provides
in-house technical support to customers within a Solution Store,
related to cable, data, voice and wireless product offerings.
21-Works with customers to solve technical problems with various
products and conduct light triage work on wireless phones.
22-Provides prompt and friendly troubleshooting, diagnostic, and
upgrade services as appropriate. 23-Additional responsibilities
include maintenance of customer request files, preparation of
reports for analysis of trends and services as required, and
warranty processes for products. 24-Concierge: responsible for
ensuring customers have a positive experience in stores by
directing customers to the appropriate service area to meet their
needs. Typical Training / Experience - HS diploma, GED or relevant
work experience; Specialized skill training/certification may be
required; 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
required Dept/Org Scope & Impact - Fully functioning support role
having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) most of the
standard work within the function; moderate impact to the
department Problem Complexity - Effectively identifies problems as
they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations
where the problem is not difficult or complex; Refers complex,
unusual problems to supervisor/manager Autonomy - Under general
supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with
well-defined policies, procedures, techniques; Work typically

technical or specialty area; Readily learns and applies new
information/concept in area of practice. Ability to lift and carry
up to 50 pounds.
