Organization in SSSD has several openings for Space Systems
Engineers to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. These
positions will be located in Gilbert, AZ.Multiple roles are
available throughout the product development life-cycle of our
programs with emphasis in one of the following disciplines:Space
Segment/ Space Vehicle Systems Engineering, Design, and
Architecture DevelopmentDesign IntegrationMass

DevelopmentAvailable positions require that the candidate have a
strong understanding of one or more of the skills described.
Project roles span all phases from new business acquisition, and
IRAD/technology development to established programs.Basic
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 14+ years of engineering
experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 12+ years of engineering
experience OR PhD in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics) discipline and 9+ years of engineering
experienceCandidate must have, and be able to maintain, at least
ONE of the following active U.S. Government security
clearances:Dept. of Defense Secret level with a background
investigation date within 10 yearsPreferred Qualifications:Master's
Degree in EngineeringExperience working on aircraft or spacecraft
systemsExperience in developing, managing, and decomposing
requirementsExperience in system architecture, CONOPs, or model
based system engineeringExperience in subsystem, payload, or system
integrationExperience using DOORS, CameoStrong people
skillsExcellent communication skills (upward and downward)Northrop

Schedules: For example the ability to work a 9/80 work schedule,
which allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through
Thursday and take every other Friday off of work.Salary Range:
$139,000 USD - $208,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
