Executive Assistant to the Founder - Real Estate Company (Hybrid
Role)

The Role: Executive Assistant to JT, Our Founder
As JT's right hand, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of
administrative and strategic tasks, supporting and propelling our
growing organization. This role demands a dynamic individual who
thrives in a fluid environment, embodying Extreme Ownership and
Radical Honesty, ready to tackle tasks from the mundane to the
monumental with equal vigor.

Responsibilities:
--- Seamless coordination through all stages of Real Estate
transactions
--- Manage property listings and data
--- Manage, prepare, and notarize both physical and electronic
documents
--- Guard sensitive and confidential financial and legal
documents
--- Research diverse topics and synthesize results
--- Plan and book diverse events and travel plans using Google
Calendar
--- Effective communication across various channels
--- Organize and orchestrate Team Meetings
--- Source, hire, and manage virtual assistants
--- Update and organize our CRM Project Management system
(Salesforce)
--- Assist in writing and documenting company operating
procedures
--- Assist with accounts payable and receivables tasks
Qualifications:
--- Real Estate Industry experience
--- Ability to communicate JT's direction and intent both
internally and externally
--- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential
information with discretion
--- Self-starter and proven professional with strong interpersonal
skills
--- Detail-oriented with a penchant for proactive communication
--- A high level of emotional intelligence and a sense of extreme
ownership
--- World-class verbal and written communication skills
--- Effective time management and organizational skills
--- Ability to quickly understand problems, think critically, and
identify creative solutions
--- Strong proficiency in Google suite products, especially Google
sheets
--- Persistence. Cannot be timid in helping the entire team meet
deadlines
--- Comfortable with ambiguity & ever-changing priorities
--- Results-oriented with a Kaizen attitude
--- Driven and focused on helping JT achieve company goals and
plans
--- A flexible schedule and ability to work effectively from home
and/or remote when needed. This is not a 9 - 5 position.
--- Ability to be in the office on an as-needed basis (at least a
few times per week)
--- Registered Notary or ability to become one
Qualifications - Nice to Have
--- Real Estate transaction experience
--- Transaction Coordinator experience
--- Escrow and/or Title experience
--- Tech-savvy
--- Proficient in Salesforce
--- Live within 20 minutes of the office in North West Mesa
--- Bookkeeping experience
