Job Description:

We are a Commercial General Contractor. Our mission is the building of Climate Controlled Self Storage Facilities. We are seeking a new Project Superintendent to join our team. What You Will Do: Scheduling subcontractors, calling for inspections and filing Daily Reports through the company Procore software What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: High School or GED Construction Supervision Knowledge of Construction Drawings both building and site Some Structural Steel Framework knowledge helpful Why You'll Love Us: If you're looking for a long-term relationship to grow with an aggressive company this could be your ticket. Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year (plus bonus/commission).
