We specialize in complex CNC Machining of engineered plastic parts, with critical quality requirements. Duties of a CNC Mill MachinistSet up and operate a variety of machines to produce precision parts to the customer's specifications and satisfaction while maintaining the machines by applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.Requirements:CNC Mill Machinist Minimum Requirements

• Read and follow traveler instructions
• 3 axis to 5 axis CNC mill
• Load and unload material and parts
• Measure and document inspection data for self and peers
• Measure, document, maintain or improve on established production standards
• Read and interpret almost all blueprint dimensions, symbols, and notes
• Document counts
• Organize, clean, and maintain work area
• Complete discrepant tag information
• Communicate with Engineering on issues, needs, and improvements
• Perform All Set Ups
• Other functions as deemed appropriatePhysical Requirements
