Position Summary:The Jr. Commissions Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the commission compensation plan. Seeking a strong candidate with advanced knowledge of Network Marketing commissions and Customer care systems, who possesses strong analytical skills to validate data, ensure accuracy, and research exceptions. Candidate will be a big contributor in researching all issues related to the commission compensation plan, and the testing of changes in the commission compensation plan.Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

• Answer escalated support tickets from internal departments to ensure resolution with customer satisfaction
• Effectively troubleshoot, replicate and perform root cause analysis to determine the appropriate solution to commissions issues
• Utilizing internal reporting to analyze discrepancies and exceptions
• Provide QA testing for commission engine modifications before and after production release
• Mentor other employees and departments that might lack understanding of commissions
• Provide support in set up, testing, and execution of small-scale commission projects and promotionsMinimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to deliver, in the face of obstacles and challenges, including fast turn-around times
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment with both peer analysts and internal users from other departments
  • 3+ years of genealogy and relationship tree (binary) experience
  • 3+ years of support and MLM experience with strong systems knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of MS-SQL.
