Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Industrial Security
Analyst/Contractor Program Security Officer (level 2) or a
Principal Industrial Security Analyst/Contractor Program Security
Officer (level 3) to work in our Gilbert, AZ location.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
supporting a fast-paced high profile program; create, maintain, and
leverage working relationships with internal and external
customers. Develops, and administers security programs and
procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and
equipment. Experience in personnel and program security, with
knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program
(personnel security, access, physical security, OPSEC, security
education, document control, visitor control, etc...). Studies and
implements federal security regulations that apply to company
operations. Conducts security education classes and security
audits. Investigates security incidents and prepares reports
specifying full details and the preventive action to be taken. This
individual must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping,
and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple
databases/spreadsheets.
Basic Qualifications for Industrial Security Analyst (Level 2):
Bachelor's degree and three years related experience or Master's
degree with one year related experience.
Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain
Special Access Program (SAP) access
Basic Qualifications for Principal Industrial Security Analyst
(Level 3):
Bachelor's degree and six years related experience or Master's
degree with four years related experience.
Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain
Special Access Program (SAP) access
Basic qualifications for both levels:
Organized and efficient at time management
Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience
(Word, Excel etc...)
Preferred Qualifications for both levels:
Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience
Self-starter with minimal supervision
DCID 6/4 eligibility in DISS.
Personnel and Program Security Experience
Familiarity with DoD 5205.07 manuals
Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of
program areas
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and
organizational skills enabling effective communications .
Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $90,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $74,600 USD - $111,800 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
