Managed Services Consultant, On-Site Pinto ValleySoftlanding helps organizations achieve their best by providing technology solutions and services that make them more productive. Softlanding specializes in Microsoft enterprise technology platforms, working with Azure, Teams, MS 365, Security, and Intune, to leverage a combination of cloud, on-premises and hybrid configurations to increase productivity from the data center to end business users. Everything that we deploy; we support in-house. Anything we support; we can deploy, migrate, or upgrade.The ideal team member we are seeking has gained a solid foundation of core server-side technologies including Windows Server and associated networking, storage, and backup services. The ideal candidate will approach troubleshooting issues via a logic-based process with clear & professional communications, detailed ticket management, and thorough documentation skills.Daily duties are focused around providing end-user support, with tasks ranging from simple password resets and application issues through to server/virtual machine deployments, networking, Azure, and Office 365 services covering practically the entire Microsoft product stack. This role includes an after-hours on-call support-shift rotation monthly which may include occasional planned and emergency after-hours support.Requirements and Skills:Minimum of 2 years working for/within an MSP2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure2 years of Microsoft Office 365 - System-level administrationAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in managing network infrastructureExperience in supporting Windows based systems in addition to mobile devicesHigh level of professionalismLifelong learner - some 3rd party app support may be requiredGreat communication skills and understanding of business value with business and IT developmentHaving the ability to work independently without needing constant supervisionDuties and Responsibilities of this position:Dedicated on-site resource for one of our long-term clientsProviding excellent customer service skills and the ability to go above and beyond for our clientCommunicating clearly and confidently across all levels of the businessBe able to take on tasks through the ticketing system and seeing them through to resolutionAbility to handle multiple tasks and juggle multiple user needs at one timeBeing a team player and always being prepared to help when neededAdditional Information about the position:Being a part of the Managed Services Support team, client communication and interaction is extremely important to our ongoing success and reputation.
