Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral AnalystSoar Autism Center
is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
(BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play
a critical role in providing exceptional care for children with
autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.About the
Role:
- Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for
children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and
develop treatment plans.
- Implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver
Model (ESDM).
- Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients.
- Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans
based on progress.
- Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through
the therapy process and supporting their engagement.Requirements:
- Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,
Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- ABA early intervention experience.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development,
Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in
