Responsibilities:

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
--- Working team open houses to introduce clients to local real estate market

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Technology driven
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Great communication and social skills
Past sales experience is preferred
--- Must have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and be trainable
--- Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle to travel to and from appointments and office
--- Must be available evenings and weekends to help clients
