Position : Insurance Sales Rep Location: Gilbert, AZ Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm Pay: Base + Commission = $55,000-$65,0000 **Top Performers making $70,000+** **Property & Casualty License REQURIED** Job Description: Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads Understanding customers' needs and identifying auto insurance sales opportunities Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies Ideal Candidate: Previous Sales or Insurance Sales experience required P&C License required Previous experience selling insurance preferred by not required On-boarding Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Criminal Background & Drug Screening 2 verifiable employment references
