Avior Wealth Management, a premier financial advisory firm with a national footprint, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Client Development Associate to join our dynamic team. Position Overview As a Client Development Associate at Avior Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving firm growth by engaging prospective clients and converting interest into qualified advisor meetings. You will manage inbound and outbound outreach, conduct introductory discovery conversations, and guide prospects through early-stage engagement. Working closely with advisors and marketing, you will help strengthen lead quality, appointment conversion, and pipeline performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business development results while building valuable experience in the evolving wealth management landscape. What You’ll Do Own the Top of the Funnel Engage inbound leads within minutes to maximize conversion. Run high?volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and social. Conduct compelling intro calls that uncover needs and position Avior’s value. Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality. Drive Advisor Pipeline Set qualified appointments with Wealth Advisors and Tax Professionals. Deliver clear, actionable discovery notes that increase close rates. Confidently handle early objections and guide prospects toward next steps. Prepare prospects for deeper advisor conversations by handling early objections that accelerate trust. Operate Like a Pro Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and track all activity with precision. Execute structured follow?up cadences that move leads through the funnel. Report on lead quality, conversion metrics, and campaign performance. Identify workflow gaps and propose solutions that increase efficiency. Win Big Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain high daily activity standards across all outreach channels. Continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Proven success in phone?based sales, prospecting, or appointment setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Competitive mindset with resilience, discipline, and coachability. Comfort in a fast?paced, metrics?driven environment. Experience with Go High Level, Salesforce, or Connect and Sell is a plus.
