Job Description:

performance solutions, is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales
Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals
passionate about enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional
sales services within the insurance sector. In this position, you
will leverage your expertise to directly influence and drive our
insurance sales strategies, delivering outstanding results that
align with our core mission of elevating customer engagement. You
will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide
tailored insurance products that offer both security and peace of
mind. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and
exceed sales targets. Provide professional insurance advice based
on thorough needs analysis and product knowledge. Establish and
maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
clients. Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance client
engagement and retention. Stay updated on market trends and product
changes to offer the most current and beneficial advice to clients.
Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of accounts and
transactions. Strong understanding of insurance products and
services, particularly in health, life, and property. Proven track
record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze complex
information and financial data. Highly developed interpersonal and
customer service skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Licensed to sell insurance in the applicable
state(s) (e.g., Property and Casualty, Life, Health). Certified
Insurance Counselor (CIC) or equivalent preferred but not
required.
