automation and cobot cells, including layout, process flow, and
equipment selection. Create and maintain detailed Bills of
Materials (BOMs) for automation projects; manage procurement of
equipment, hardware, and software. Oversee installation and
commissioning of automation systems, ensuring performance, quality,
and safety standards are met. Integrate cobots with existing
machinery, sensors, and software. Develop and maintain software
interfaces for sensors, actuators, PLCs, HMIs, and related
equipment. Debug and resolve hardware, software, and network

engineers on new automation and cobot systems. Support employees on
cobot operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ensure all
automation and cobot systems meet OSHA, ISO, and ANSI/RIA safety
standards. Perform risk assessments and configure safety-rated
monitored stops, hand guiding, and speed/separation monitoring.

proficiency in robotics, embedded systems, C/C++, Python, and
common communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, ROS). Excellent
debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware
and software issues. Experience in automation cell design from
concept through commissioning. Knowledge of safety standards for
robotic and automated systems (ANSI/RIA, ISO). Ability to analyze
data, understand process flows, and respond to process variations.
Ability to create training programs and technical documentation
tailored for operators and technicians. Demonstrated project
management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work
collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with
