As a Server CORE AM under our Food & Beverage Operations, you'll deliver exceptional dining experiences by leveraging your interpersonal skills and product knowledge. This role is crucial in upholding our commitment to outstanding service and creating unforgettable guest experiences, aligning with our historical heritage of innovation and quality hospitality. Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Greet guests and present the menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage. Maintain knowledge of current menu choices, specialties, and menu deviations. Record transactions and order details in the POS system accurately. Check customer identification to confirm it meets age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Ensure cleanliness of the work area and tables and maintain presentable dining space. Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and report to management as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in handling POS systems. Good memory and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
