Gilberthas an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated
professional to fill the position ofRecreation Leader.
The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator. The
primary function of this position is to provide exemplary customer
service to include fielding questions by phone and in person,
respond to emergency situations and resolve customer conflicts.
This position is also required to open, secure and monitor assigned
facilities as well as enforce policies and procedures.

In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and
functional values daily, candidates must possess the following
- Be able to work minimal to no supervision, respond to emergency
situations and be astute in conflict resolution skills
- Possess outstanding customer service and communication
- Flexible availability to work days and evenings Monday - Sunday
(Approximately 10 - 15 hours weekly)
- Possess and maintain certification for CPR and Standard First
Aid within 30 days of hire
- Age requirement: Must be 16+ years
This position is FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime
